Good Afternoon,My name is Samantha Woodley, and I just wanted to let you know how much my daughter enjoyed the performing arts and theater info on your page, https://www.takeabowproductions.com/links . She attended a summer camp this year, and ended up getting very involved with the play they put on- since then she has been very interested in theater, and looking forward to getting involved at her school- She's been learning more about performing arts in her free time on the computer, and mentioned how much she enjoyed your page- I thought you'd be glad to hear! When I told Sarah that we should send you a quick thank you for helping her learn a bit more about performing arts, she wanted to share another article about theater and broadway that she found and enjoyed, https://www.topviewnyc.com/packages/new-york-s-theatre-history-broadway . I thought it was a really cool article about the history of "broadway" theater, and was hoping you might be able to include it on your page? I'd love to show Sarah she could contribute some more cool info for other kids who are interested in theater and acting, and the arts! Thanks again for encouraging Sarah's interest in performing arts and theater! I think it's great she's found an awesome new hobby and passion, and it's great to see her enthusiasm towards it!Hope you enjoy the article, and if you end up being able to include it, please let me know! Have a wonderful week, and hope to speak again soon!Best,
Samantha Woodley
An old audition had Alyssa fill out a complete submission...I want you to read what she wrote for this one questionWhat/who inspired you to start performing? How/why?I was inspired by my acting coach from when I was very young, Miss Mary Ellen. I remember being a shy little kid who cried anytime someone would look at me, and MaryEllen helped me out of that she'll and would always encourage and coach me along the way. She inspired me to not only get up on stage but to put myself out there and take risks, challenging myself to be the best performer I could be. I was inspired by her constant dedication and drive, she taught me so much, and is still one of the most important people in my life.
